Continued use of these apps may cause your IP to be blocked indefinitely. This triggers our anti-spambot measures, which are designed to stop automated systems from flooding the site with traffic. Some unofficial phone apps appear to be using GameFAQs as a back-end, but they do not behave like a real web browser does.Using GameFAQs regularly with these browsers can cause temporary and even permanent IP blocks due to these additional requests. If you are using Maxthon or Brave as a browser, or have installed the Ghostery add-on, you should know that these programs send extra traffic to our servers for every page on the site that you browse. The most common causes of this issue are: I currently don't have any way to test this myself, but I'd be willing to go and get a way if this turns out to be possible.Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to a large number of HTTP requests. Could the Crystal player theoretically transfer the Celebi to bank, and suchforth Sun/Moon? The only downside to this is that the VC games only allow linking with two systems next to each other, not online or within one system to my knowledge, so you'd either need a friend or two systems. But, is there anything stopping someone from trading a Celebi? What I'm asking is In Gold/Silver, using ACE Coin Case to obtain a Celebi, shiny or not, and then trading it with someone to Crystal. Crystal fixed the Coin Case ACE glitches. I've heard movesets are the only thing stopping it, but haven't tested. This means, that since it would have your OT and ID, if it's Bankable, one would not need to set the OT and ID to GF, or any event IDs, correct? This can be proven by obtaining any legal Pokémon in Red/Blue with ACE as long as it's technically legal. You can legitimately catch Celebi in VC Crystal after beating the E4, as I've heard. Celebi was unable to be transferred to bank due to it being unobtainable in VC Gold/Silver, and because there were no virtual console events where it was released, unlike in Mew's case. When Gold and Silver came out, people likewise tried to use the Coin Case ACE to obtain Celebi.īut it didn't work. I've recently been trying my hand at ACE glitches in the VC release of Red and Blue, and have been able to get many a shiny Mew, the methods of which you all are likely aware of. Hey, Crystal got a VC release Friday! That's awesome, but I've been curious about something.
